Bargaining Unit:† MEA Administrator, Level II or III (pending classification review)

Starting Salary Range:† $34,522 - $45,894

Responsibilities: The Associate Registrar is responsible for supporting and maintaining college records, registration processes and student data to ensure integrity and equity in college operations.† Under the leadership of the Registrar, the position documents college and degree requirements; verifies student eligibility for graduation; supports the creation of the college academic schedule; manages room resources and reservations; and advises students and guides faculty in addressing student issues. Directs assignments and monitors work of registration staff.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:† Bachelorís degree (Masterís preferred), three years of experience working in an educational setting, two years of experience working with educational databases or student information systems.† One year of supervisory experience.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Extensive experience using a student information system preferred.† Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite and other software to produce reports and presentations. Excellent analytical and organizational skills.† Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and deal courteously, tactfully, and effectively with students, families, members of the college community and outside constituencies.† Knowledge of and ability to apply policy, procedure, and rules of the College, as well as any applicable state and federal regulations. †
