Faculty Position in Drug Discovery

The Department of Pharmaceutical Sciences in the University of California, Irvine Samueli College of Health Sciences, invites applications for a tenured faculty position at the Associate to Full Professor level in drug discovery.
We seek a Ph.D.-level scientist who will establish a vigorous research program in drug discovery, broadly defined.
The candidate should also be committed to teach medicinal chemistry and related topics at the undergraduate and graduate levels. Candidates must have a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Genetics, Molecular Biology, or a related field.
Preference will be given to applicants with post-doctoral experience and a strong record of accomplishment in developing cutting-edge technologies.
