Two Associate Professors in Management (50-100%)

The University of St. Gallen is undertaking a major initiative to increase the number of female researchers among its faculty. In pursuit of this goal, the university has established a promotional program, within which two associate professor positions for women in the field of management have been created.
We seek two outstanding young academics who have demonstrated thought leadership in the field of management, adapted to a research focus relevant to the School of Management, such as General Management, Marketing, Accounting, Risk Management, Leadership, Organization and Technology among many others.
The successful candidate will have a track record of internationally recognized high-quality research and teaching experience in the field of Management. Openness to interdisciplinary collaboration with further fields of the University of St. Gallen as well as with corporate partners and governmental organizations would be expected.
We seek candidates per August 1st 2019 or by mutual agreement.
