Centre Director
The School for Field Studies

Position Title: Centre Director

Institutional Mission:

SFS creates transformative study abroad experiences through field-based learning and research. The Center property supports stands of primary and secondary rainforest, including an endangered rainforest type, offering students a field laboratory and experimental site as part of their academic program. The research goals of SFS-CRS are to understand the dynamics of rainforest ecosystems, including the potential impacts of global climate change, and develop rainforest restoration strategies that benefit the local ecosystems and communities.
