In addition, faculty members are expected to stay current in their disciplines and in teaching methodologies; implement changes in instruction based on assessment results; maintain reasonable, distributed office hours; develop and revise curriculum; mentor adjunct faculty; participate in a variety of college committees and task forces; and advise students as appropriate. Faculty members are also expected to demonstrate leadership skills in teaching, discipline activities and college service.
