Catering. Reporting to the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine assists in the daily administrative operations of the kitchen and ensures the quality presentation of all food served and meets the standards established by the Director of Culinary Excellence.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
- Assists the Executive Chef to ensure the proper training of all culinary team members in place for optimal production results.
- Works with the General Manager on scheduling the culinary teams.
- Makes decisions on menu choices and new recipes.
- Advises the Sous Chef on food preparation and inspection.
