3. Applicant Content. As an Applicant on Academic Careers Online, you may provide information about yourself and your qualifications for inclusion on our Web Site ("Applicant Content"), for example, by submitting your résumé. In so doing, you agree to provide only Applicant Content that is lawful and appropriate to the circumstances. In addition, but without limitation, you agree to also abide by the General Non-acceptable Site Use Rules, Web Site Security & Operational Rules, Specific Prohibited Site Use Rules that are incorporated below. By submitting your resume you understand that we post your resume on our Web Site. Your posted resume may be viewed by employers, which may include your current employer. 4. Employer-Advertiser Content. You must register for an account on Academic Careers Online to provide "Employer-Advertiser Content" by purchasing ad placements. All listing fees are non-refundable and due when placing the advertisement unless other arrangements have been made with Academic Careers Online. If payment is made with a credit card, the charge will be processed that same day on our secure service. Failure to pay any fees will result in the retraction of your username, password, and all your advertising privileges. Academic Careers Online may review, edit or delete any such Employer-Advertiser Content to ensure that it complies. In addition, but without limitation, you agree to also abide by the General Non-acceptable Site Use Rules, Web Site Security & Operational Rules, Specific Prohibited Site Use Rules that are incorporated below.
All ads placed by you on Academic Careers Online are your responsibility with concern to
content, spelling, confidential information (if any), or timely manner in which the ad was
or wasn't posted by you. All ads uploaded to our system will be posted as soon as

without limitation, and implied warranties of merchantability and/or fitness for a

In addition, note that there are risks, including but not limited to the risk of physical harm, of dealing with strangers, foreign nationals, underage persons or people acting under false pretenses. You assume all risks associated with dealing with other users with whom you come in contact through our Web Site. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we hereby disclaims all warranties, express and implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose with respect to the service provided hereunder. We are not responsible for any errors or incorrect data that may be a result of the service provided hereunder. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
No liability for consequential damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages, (including, without limitation, damages for claims regarding privacy, incorrect data or third party claims) arising out of this use agreement or for any other reason, whether foreseeable or not and regardless of the form, legal theory (including without limitation, negligence) or basis of recovery for such claim, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 18. Termination.

19. Indemnity.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Academic Careers Online, its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, actions or demands, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, alleging or resulting from your use of the Material or your breach of the terms of this Agreement. Academic Careers Online shall provide notice to you promptly of any such claim, suit, or proceeding and shall assist you, at your expense, in defending any such claim, suit or proceeding.
20. General.
Academic Careers Online makes no claims that the Materials may be lawfully viewed or downloaded outside of the United States. Access to the Materials may not be legal by certain persons or in certain countries. If you access our Web Site from outside of the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with the laws of your jurisdiction.
